| Instructor Bio: | April McNamara is an occupational therapist (OT) for a little over 18 years. Her beliefs include OT is a combination of: Art + Science + Helping People do the things they want to do. It's also about incorporating meaningful and purposeful activities to promote function and independence. I have a passion for spaces and interacting with the environment created in a home. In a way, our homes are an extension of us. There is something therapeutic that happens internally when you begin to transform your home into a supportive place that reflects the authentic you. |
