Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, please consider trying on clothing before making a purchase and measure your space at home to ensure that you love your furniture items before you purchase as all sales are final. No exchanges or returns on home goods, home decor, clothing or seasonal merchandise. All sales are final.  

Online Orders & Cancellations

Online orders will be processed within 3 business days or 72 hours of receipt. Please keep in mind that if the store is closed, for a national holiday or regular store hours, all orders will be processed within 72 hours of reopening with regular store hours.  You have the right to cancel your online order within 24 hours with a written request to the store via: All requests for cancellation received within the 24 hour time frame window will be honored in full with an in-store credit at no charge. Refunds to cards will have a $15 convenience charge, which we incur from our processor. Any disputes outside of the 24 hour time frame window but within the 72 hour processing time will have a chargeback fee of $15/canceled translation that will be deducted from each transaction refund. Please understand that we strive to offer exemplary service and we can not honor cancellations outside of the 72 hours time frame or once the item has left our building and is in the care of our shipping providers. If you receive damaged, broken or defective merchandise due to delivery handling, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue with our carrier.
